Empire Four provides business coaching, affiliate marketing strategy, and related consultancy services. The scope and deliverables of each engagement are defined in individual service agreements or proposals agreed between Empire Four and the client.

Payment terms for services are outlined in individual service agreements. All fees are due as specified and are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of an engagement, unless required by law to disclose.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate a service engagement with written notice as specified in the relevant service agreement. Obligations arising before termination remain in force.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the UAE.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
